When I discovered that I loved to entertain…

…it really is about planning.

In my style, I always have (for a dinner party, for a book club meeting, for any sort of group meeting):

  • tea, since I have a lot
  • something that I made (to impress, of course)
  • bread from Arizmendi (if I don’t have a carb)
  • With some creamy cheese, Mt. Tam from Cowgirl Creamery preferably
  • Get rid of some of aging but unique sauces
  • Always always a winning combination.
