A 11 people trip to Tahoe where I found the cabin, figured out transportation, provided a list of places to rent and decided upon the resorts&#8230;yeah&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>But now lessons:<\/p>\n<li>Paypal has a fee of a minor &#8220;2.9%&#8221; plus a 50 cent charge for a premier account (now I know why some merchants require a minimum charge for ccs&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Round up, stop giving people the exact breakdown<\/li>\n<li>Numbers to the tenth decimal scare people<\/li>\n<li>Paying a lump sum is better<\/li>\n<li>Consider vegetarians in the group<\/li>\n<li>Figure out sleeping arrangements ahead of time<\/li>\n<li>Determine who is comfortable sharing a bed and who is uncomfortable sharing a bed<\/li>\n<li>Determine how comfortable people are with sharing a bed with the opposite gender<\/li>\n<li>Same as above, but sharing a room<\/li>\n<li>Always a minimum of 2.5 baths for the cabin<\/li>\n<li>Laundry is available in cabins!<\/li>\n<li>The smell of coffee really does get people out of bed<\/li>\n<li>Rock band does keep everyone entertained<\/li>\n<li>It is possible to finish a mini-keg of Heinken in one night<\/li>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My third trip of fully organizing is now complete.
