It&#8217;s sort of like a former flame telling you <i>it&#8217;s over<\/i> and you know that you won&#8217;t smell the stinky perfume or experience the strange habits of a roommate.  As you walk toward the door, there&#8217;s something telling you that if you ever did come back, everything is different.<\/p>\n<p>I will miss:<\/p>\n<li>DS nights<\/li>\n<li>Seeing the long line of the meth clinic from the front door of the building<\/li>\n<li>Bad lunches from Cafe 360<\/li>\n<li>Good lunches from Cafe Madeline<\/li>\n<li>Hearing the angry screams from the alley\u00e2\u20ac\u201da mixture of <i>hey yo<\/i> and a bad cough<\/li>\n<li>Squeezing between people as I walk down the aisles<\/li>\n<li>Heath chocolate candy bars<\/li>\n<li>Lots of gummy worms and Cherry Coke<\/li>\n<li>Loud audible complaints about weak coffee<\/li>\n<li>Glees of happiness from a cuppa joe from Blue Bottle<\/li>\n<li>Moans of sorrow from the sorrows of expensive coffee and long waits from Blue Bottle<\/li>\n<li>A constant non-working elevator<\/li>\n<li>Fresh pine sol in the morning from the building manager attempting to clean out the dirt that arrives every night<\/li>\n<p>And of course the people&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are the several moments in life where you walk out of somewhere and know almost wistfully that you won&#8217;t be back.
