My relatives from Hong Kong are here…their first time in the United States. My last memory of them was when my cousin was scratching (and biting?) my arm. Fortunately only his mother is visiting. It\’s very odd how they kept complimenting me, comparing me against my cousin (who failed his O levels – the test that one must take to graduate from high school- and spend the majority of the time playing video games and basketball). SMART! BEAUTIFUL! (My aunt says that I should enter a beauty pageant. Where did that come from?)
Unfortunately, there\’s a very large language barrier so I have to succumb to my broken Chinese. As a result though, I can remain the supposedly smart girl I am without ever disproving myself.
In other news, I took the LSAT. It wasn\’t a great experience and that\’s all I have to say. Just that I set my alarm for 6 am and it never went off. My dad came into my room at 6:40 am and fortunately woke me up. I drove 70-90 mph all the way to Sacremento to McGeorge School of Law (a branch of University of Pacific) and still got there 20 minutes early for the 8:30 am test. The best part is that I got to visit Cat! (Speaking of which, does anybody have problems with my webpage? When Cat ever presses back in the browser, it returns to a page starting with 9/8 instead of the current blog entries) And from Davis I bothered Lele and Juanie from my cellphone. YEAH, GREASY CHICKEN.
The photolog for last Thursday will be up soon!
i have that browser problem, too. but i figured it was a subtle ploy.
OOOOH, see! Your page is BUGGED!
WHAT. i don\’t have that browser problem. :p is it just my page or does it ever happen elsewhere?
no, it\’s JUST YOU.
i get it after i leave a comment. i don\’t get magically transported to the current index, but instead to some index of days forgone.
GAHHH it\’s so unfair.. i wanna drive 70-90 all the way to davis to visit Cat!!! .. but if i did that my car would go kaput and die. :o
