Apparently, I have such affinity for my lovely AIM that I use it almost everywhere I go–in the EECS labs, the OCF, at work, in my apt both on my desktop and laptop, on other people\’s computers…

And the problem is, my entire buddy list keeps getting reordered. Normally I like having the people I took to the most at the very top (I only have two buddy groups – people i talk and people i don\’t talk to)…but apparently GAIM reorders everything for me. Trillian never keeps my order and doesn\’t send data to the main AIM servers. Now my list is constantly messed up. Someone that I don\’t like talking to is at the top of my list. Cheez is towards the bottom. My sister is somewhere lost in the middle. Someone I haven\’t talked to for 2 years is taking up prime space. So if I don\’t notice you, most likely you accidentally ended at the bottom of my buddy list with 30+ people on top of you.

  1. i don\’t use gaim anymore; back to aim. i used to use trillian but never loved it. your word count is past mine; i don\’t think i\’ll get done by the end of the month.
