Of a week that I thought that was going to be lifeless and full of despair, but it was full of a few expected events and many more unexpected:
Dinner with a colleague who (kindly) took notes on my 100 things and shared them with me (still not sure what to think)
Prepared an hourlong presentation of my work
Then realized that a presentation wasn’t even necessary
Traveled all the way to Campbell to meet with a colleague and realized I was still reluctant to change my city lifestyle
Got yelled at for not having a print out of a receipt (I only wrote down my confirmation number) to pick up prints at Rite Aid
Nearly spilling hot tea on myself
Attending the famous hard-to-get-into Yelp Elite holiday party
Not enjoying the party as much since it was not only crowded, but full of people who were gorging on food and drinks
Met up with everyone I wanted to see at the holiday party regardless
Doing crazy commutes from Mountain View to San Francisco
Playing many a level on Little Big Planet
Good lunch with a former coworker where two other former coworkers flaked
Hearing of a shakeup at a former place I used to hold dearly
Seeing Ta-ching more than I thought I would be!
Getting a surprise holiday gift from Ta-ching!
And spending many a quality time with TEH chris
