In my style, I always have (for a dinner party, for a book club meeting, for any sort of group meeting):

tea, since I have a lot

something that I made (to impress, of course)

bread from Arizmendi (if I don’t have a carb)

With some creamy cheese, Mt. Tam from Cowgirl Creamery preferably

Get rid of some of aging but unique sauces

Always always a winning combination.
