The best part of move-in day (which I had to staff as part of my job) is watching the parents of the fresh meat. They are obviously hysterical and controlling of their children. Most of them don\’t think their child can do a single thing independently.
But most of all, I got a kick out of watching people get parking tickets. Oh I am sooo sadistic.

the germans have a good word for what you get (well, for what i get too…)::: Schadenfreude. (trans::: taking pleasure in the misfortune of others.) but i guess we use it in english, too. anyways.
