So yesterday night was really nice. :) And fun.

It took forever for Xing, Christina, Mae and Tram to get dressed. Mae kept wanting to wear her \”slacks\” which made the occasion ever so informal. I later poked fun at her for being the guy in the group. :) Nonetheless, we rushed over to Venezia in our heels and with complaints of the cold in ten minutes from Xing\’s apt. Kathy came in ten minutes later.

The food itself was…pretty good although I regret ordering the dish with a lot…of yucky vegetables-Linguine con Carciofi e Pollo. The waiter ignored our empty bread basket though. And no the food wasn\’t salty. Yet, Tram, Xing, Christina, and Mae left right after they finished the main courses. Kathy stayed with me while I tried the dessert (which is not to be missed) and help me deal with the check. They overcharged us thirty bucks. Tsk tsk…dining at 9:30 pm means that we don\’t have cover charges.

Nonetheless it was fun. The band was good, but unfortunately, our table was right next to them. And it was…fun to stare at mushy couples as they held hands throughout dinner. That is too much even for me. :)

I think we should do it again!
