Hmm…okay how did I miss that one whole day of blogging? That\’s like…almost impossible?!

Quick rundown of my Monday (yes, it was a boring day):

  • Naim called me! :D
  • okay, so he woke me up and I was yelling into my cell wondering why I couldn\’t hear anything. turns out I still had my headset plugged in. To think I was going to blame it on cingular again
  • Richard imed to tell me that I was late to CS…but he was skipping it…grrr
  • understood bitwise operations in CS
  • didn\’t understand CMOS, PMOS, and NMOS stuff in ee
  • got my chair kicked by Cliff
  • watched clips of The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast in American Studies
  • to think that Walt Disney was a cold-hearted, sexist man

  • What? You think I am asian? According to that test, I am I am 17% angry asian, 17% asian in denial, 50% banana/coconut, 17% Asian FOB and 0% politically correct asian.

I also got send this – What kind of Asian are you?. Beware the dumb music that they start playing once you get to the page. I think I am Asian American. I can barely speak my native language (despite the fact that it was my first language), but most of my friends are asian. I never had bubble tea…until I got to college. So hmm…Twinkie!!!

Right when as I was walking toward Sather Gate, I suddenly saw a group of three people. Somehow through what I could overhear and their body language, I was able to figure out that it was yet another attempt for the Campus Crusade to evangelize people.

I was about to go back to my apartment, but instead I turned around and followed the two evangelicators around. Note, if you don\’t remember why I have an obsession about it, then read this. For a good ten minutes, I was watching them go back and forth Sproul plaza. I noted that they only went after Asians. Not Caucasians. Not African American. Only Asians. Additionally, they only went after people who were walking by themselves and seemed like the average Berkeley type. The two were smiling and talking. Then suddenly one would stop and turn to the side to ask the next accostee.

So I admit it, I am kind of annoyed though. Lydia made a good point about this practice earlier. They aren\’t asking you to consider your own beliefs. Rather they are forcing you to join a group.

Then I began seeing the people I normally stalked. Is that a good thing or not?

Okay, what\’s with XP? I looked at the time and was surprised to find that it was pretty late. Then I realized that it automatically leaped an hour forward. Why didn\’t it tell me? How mean.

    Must remember to change:

  • cellphone
  • watch
  • alarm clock
  • mental alarm clock
  • I don\’t know if it was my fault, but I was really hungry and multitasking often appeals to me. so I had three eggos in the toaster oven and my mini pepperoni pizza in the microwave…both going at the same time. I head back to the living room to see if anybody had signed on when I hear my roommate opening the microwave. I head back to the kitchen and my roommate informs me that the eletricity in the kitchen has gone out.

She ran downstairs to reset to the fuse. Unfortunately, my newly built computer wasn\’t turned off in time and was zapped. SIGH. So unfortunately I wasn\’t able to take care of the problem (@#$% CS PROJECT!) but unfortunately…it couldn\’t be fixed. So right now we have an extension cord coming all the way from the kitchen, through the living room, to the electrical outlet behind my bed. Ah yes, the quirks of living in a rundown apartment.

My mommy brought me strawberries today. :D

Oh yes! Oh no! I wanted to stop doing web quizzes, but then…I found out that I was this and I couldn\’t stop myself from posting:

\"WhatI taste like Nuclear Waste. Delicious.

Tasting like nuclear waste is a good thing – nothing bites me, nothing eats me, few things even touch me. I appreciate the solitude my harsh exterior brings. What Flavour Are You?

HERB, it\’s your fault! Three hours later (millions of poses, tweaks with photoshop…and it\’s not…exactly…I think I need a robe first with a heart or something) I got it!

    No more gloominess!

Okay, Friday Five which I skipped last week. TOP 500! Yes! :D

    1. What are the first things that you do in the morning to start your day?
During the week, I wait until my roommates make too much noise that I can\’t sleep anymore. Then I get up…I go to the kitchen to get something ready for a small breakfast (usually an eggo waffle or the white chinese bun). Then I come back to the living room (where I sleep) and get dressed. Put on contacts. Etc. And that\’s all done about in 10 minutes. When my computer wasn\’t as noisy as it is now, I would go online and do a quick check on my blog…my friends\’ blogs, the weather, and if anybody left any messages on aim.

    2. What are the last things that you do at night before going to bed?
SPEND IT ALL ONLINE. Stupidly, I somehow extend my bedtime while I surf aimlessly and chat aimlessly. Then I get involved in my own personal projects. Then once I finally brush my teeth, I go to bed and read something from my small collection of novels – Ray Bradbury\’s The Golden Apples of the Sun or Albert Camus\’ The Stranger.

    3. What daily routine have you recently added to your day?
What daily rountine? I would say what daily rountine I have gotten rid of. I don\’t do my bed anymore. I don\’t tidy my area. GAWD, my room is a mess.

    4. What routine do you wish you get rid of?
Just getting up. It\’s hard enough to get out of bed.

    5. What\’s the one thing that makes you feel like something is missing if you don\’t do it some point within your day?
Going online. Then again…talking to Naim. And talking to my sis. ;)
