*sob* The instructional server named mamba came back up after it crashed yesterday at 9 am. Do you know what this means? I have to do my CS project! Waaaaaaah! :(
Fortunately though, because we couldn\’t log into the home directories at all today, all CS labs were cancelled. Unfortunately this lab was supposedly really hard and would have been very helpful for the CS final. It was on Verilog and…something. Heh, I forgot. It\’s funny…my TA Kai posted the fact that all lab sections were cancelled because of the server crash and bragged that he would be able to watch…a Chinese show? Yeah.
ARGH! Can you tell that I am upset now? I just found out that my supposedly future roommate found someone else. And he didn\’t even tell me that. That plus the fact that my parents refused to pay the extra $1000 makes me very MAD. It\’s like that place is gone just because they don\’t want to pay extra. And like…it\’s so hard to find a place in Berkeley. Really hard. Especially a good apartment.
And the place I am living now. Horrible electricity. Very cold during the winter. Everything falling apart. So like…what am I supposed to do now?! :(
TurnItIn.com is supposed to work flawlessly. So when I tried to join my MCB class to turn in my paper electronically, it wouldn\’t recognize the class id and password. I tried it…what…twenty times. BUT NO! It wouldn\’t recognize my class id and password. During lecture, Professor Presti mentioned how some private isps may block access to the site. But Earthlink DSL would do such a thing?! GRRRRRRRRRR. My anger has kept me up for an extra hour than it normally would.
I must admit the idea of turnitin.com is quite novel. It crosschecks your paper against all its resources to check for plagiarism. In fact, turnitin was created here in Berkeley. It is now used globally by universities across the world.
But it wouldn\’t let me join the class. And I made three different accounts. Maybe I should made an account for every e-mail address I have.
ARGH! Stop the MIDGET SEX (scroll all the way down to see who was insane enough to sms me…that many times ;p)!!! We know that we like to watch. ;) Tsk tsk, I knew that was you, Daynah!!! Or wait…was it Lele?
