my journal in THAT place is no longer working. Maybe it\’s a sign that I should move permanently to an undisclosed location.

So have I blossomed?
I walk into the cs lab today (after getting a slice of cheesecake from PEGGY. THANKS PEGGY. YOU\’RE TWENTEEEE ONE NOW!!!!) and to my surprise as I stumbled toward an empty seat. I get five different \”Hey Jenn!\” It\’s a bragging thing, but it just wowed me. At the beginning of the semester, I was distraught that my friend dropped the class. I was really worried that I wasn\’t going to do well in the class, because I didn\’t have any fellow cs gurus. So now about three months later, I can enter the cs lab…having all these people wave to me.
Well, one of them was someone that I did not want to see. But that\’s okay.
moody. why is that when I try to avoid people, they end up in the same circles as I do? Like Alan for example, how did he ever end up posting at RBJ? Sure this is a free country, but PLEASE respect my BORDERS. I probably appear very anal about this, but still. I saw Jason today who I had become pseudo-enemies with two years ago. And I just had to put on a superficial smile and proceed to make small talk.
BUT what bothers me the most is…this \”friend\” that I had suddenly dropped connections with (firstly, he had suffocated me a lot at the beginning of the year) is suddenly doing the same outside of class activities as I am. i 888888888888 uuuuuuuu. Good luck to him. But the ignoring shall continue.
After a lot of bailing out and rescheduling (and a very bad start to my weekend-first went downtown to get tickets for the 2:35 showing and discovered that most people didn\’t want to go…end up standing in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for the bus blah blah), I finally got to see Better Luck Tomorrow! It was…interesting. I had read reviews before seeing it and i was prepared for some of the \”shocking\” scenes. It doesn\’t have the strength to go on my top 10. There was something cliched about it, yet also very unique.
STILL, I RECOMMEND. GO SEE IT!!!!
okay now back to the my stressful weekend of projects, papers, and midterms. oh my!
I was oh so enthuastic to see Better Luck Tomorrow and I went to the theater 4 hours early to purchse 6 tickets. UNFORTUNATELY, when I got there there was a nice little sign that said that the 5:30, 7 pm and 10 pm showings were all sold out. Sigh. I was trying to get tickets for the 10 pm showing. Literally, better luck tomorrow.
My photolog is here from yesterday!

Yup, the survey is kind of making me feel bad…
Never ever use aim express if you\’re an IMable person. Last year, I had established a rule of me not using AIM in the cs labs, but I break it from time to time. Like today. I signed online…whined aloud that nobody was iming me…then…BOOM.
Oh and yes hi i am in Soda aka the cs hall of Berkeley.
AND PHOTOLOG TOMORROW!
