Richard owes me JACK, but I owe him jack!

Haha. I went over to the lab at 10:30 pm when he imed me with a plea of help. Cuz I had nothing better to do and I was stuck on my EE pre-lab, I went over. After 15 minutes of \”huh?\”, I figured out that he forgot a break in his switch statement.

Now he owes me JACK. :D

Because I was…well hecka nice…I delivered the turtle and party.avi to Calvin. Somehow nowadays, I have a negative perspective of him…a greedy lower-class teenager. He asked me for money when I asked him to deejay for my \”house warming\” party and just make a copy of Windows Xp and Linux for me. (Which by the way, he didn\’t come through) What and no just because you\’re my friend?

Well okay I asked for food when people asked me for huge favors.

Like today, when I went to Alameda for the SPOT\’s spaghetti feed. It was in a frenzy when I got there. The guy Mike was…ugh…being such a guy. :p Nonetheless, I thought the food was pretty good (cuz of Stacee haha). let\’s just say that serving sherbert is hard.

Haha, google is indexing me again. :) This time for Kiss – Because I am a girl, because I posted up the lyrics awhile ago. Song is getting dull now, though. The video is moving though. I showed it to Herb and Stacee last weekend. I think I noticed a small tear drop. Sniff! Yes, it\’s here.

Grrrrr…

Well, I am not exactly pissed, but disappointed. Someone in my section was looking for a partner and I immediately went over to introduce myself. The project isn\’t hard, but I was frusturated with the segementation faults when I was programming the vectors for the lisp interpretation. Yeah so that\’s a lot of CS jargon right there. Anyway, I had planned to meet up with the guy tonight to work on the project. Yet, to my disappointment, he imed me a few minutes ago saying that he had a epiphany last night–he didn\’t want to be an EECS (electrical engineering/computer science) major anymore. And so thus, he was going to drop CS61C. I could have persuaded him to just finish the project, but then…I knew that I might have the same epiphany in a few months.

Sigh. This sucks now too. Although I got my ex-partner to get his friends to help me…I know I\’ll be spending a lot time on it.

And furthermore, ever since I decided to bubble \”computer science\” on my college application…I have always wondered if I should have tried majoring in English–something that I enjoy doing but got the worst grades from. (and look at that sentence ending with a preposition!)

I haven\’t been home for two weeks and somehow…now everything seems just so clean and so new compared to my apartment. The bathroom doesn\’t have a strange smell. The carpet is free of hairballs. The kitchen is full of dirt made by shoes. So fresh and so clean!

Yet I must admit, my apartment is in its current state because of us three college students. Who really wants to clean every week anyway?

It\’s funny too. I have discovered that my dad is really into deal stuff now. Although I told him about my cousin Jeff\’s deals page, he has gotten wrapped in the forums – Fatwallet.com and GotApex.com. He enjoys reading about how greedy some of the board members are. \”I purposefully tore some holes in my shoes and sent them to Nike hoping for a free replacement, but they just promptly sent them back to me.\” And that joy is coming from the same person who gets a kick out of Jerry Springer.

OMG, what a rush!

The cs midterm was surprisingly easy, but probably a week from now I\’ll be saying how tricky it was. But I came away from the midterm feeling that I knew something. Me happy!

Still, what I wouldn\’t do kill for an open-naim test…
